Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AgencyLens, operated by Auroinfo LLC ("we"). By using AgencyLens you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use AgencyLens.

1. The service

AgencyLens is a software tool that helps digital marketing agencies generate branded client reports by pulling data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CSV uploads you provide.

2. Your account

You log in with a magic link sent to your email address. You're responsible for protecting access to that email account. We are not liable for actions taken by anyone who controls your email.

3. Licenses and payment

• AppSumo lifetime deal. If you purchased through AppSumo Marketplace, your license entitles you to lifetime use of the tier you bought, subject to these terms. "Lifetime" means as long as the AgencyLens product continues to exist as a product operated by Auroinfo LLC or a successor.
• Off-platform monthly subscription. If you upgrade to a monthly direct subscription, billing is via Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds. AppSumo handles refunds for AppSumo purchases directly via their interface (standard 60-day refund policy). Direct subscriptions are refundable within 30 days of the most recent payment, by emailing support@agencylens.app.

4. Tier limits and white-label hostnames

The number of white-label domains and client dashboards available to you depend on your tier. Tier limits are enforced in software. White-label custom hostnames are provisioned via Cloudflare for SaaS; you're responsible for adding the required DNS record at your registrar.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use AgencyLens to send unsolicited bulk email.
• Use AgencyLens to violate any third party's intellectual property or privacy.
• Use AgencyLens for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent tier limits, license checks, or rate limits.
• Resell or sublicense AgencyLens itself (you can absolutely resell client reports generated by it — that's the whole point).

6. Third-party services and your own data

AgencyLens is BYOK (bring-your-own-keys). You authorize AgencyLens directly with Google, Meta, Resend, and others. You're responsible for complying with each platform's own terms of service. AgencyLens is not a party to those agreements.

Your OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored in your browser's IndexedDB. They are never transmitted to AgencyLens servers at rest (see Privacy Policy for details on the scheduled-report exception).

7. Availability and uptime

We aim for high availability but make no specific uptime guarantee. The marketing site, dashboard, and scheduled-report worker run on Cloudflare's global edge network. If Cloudflare has an outage, so do we.

8. Updates and changes

We continuously update AgencyLens — new templates, new connectors, bug fixes, performance improvements. All updates within your major version family are included in your purchase. We reserve the right to change minor functionality without notice, and significant functionality with reasonable email notice to active users.

9. Discontinuation

If we decide to discontinue AgencyLens, we will give active users at least 90 days' notice via email, provide a documented export path for your configuration, and waive refund cutoffs for the discontinuation window.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AGENCYLENS IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUROINFO LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AUROINFO LLC'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO AGENCYLENS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be announced by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
